Welcome to Mentor Compass Huby. These Terms of Service govern your use of our director training and business coaching offerings, digital materials, and goods. By accessing or purchasing any of our offerings through mentorcompasshub.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Mentor Compass Huby provides director training and business coaching programs, including live workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, group seminars, and personalized guidance. These services may be delivered in person at our Toronto location or virtually.

2. Infoproducts

We offer digital educational resources such as video courses, workbooks, and downloadable guides. Infoproducts are made available for download or online access immediately upon purchase.

3. Goods

Mentor Compass Huby may sell branded merchandise or physical materials related to our training programs. Goods are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Director Training & Business Coaching Services

If you cancel a scheduled coaching session or training workshop at least 14 days before the start date, we will issue a refund of the paid fee using the same payment channel within 10 business days. You may also transfer your session to another available date or attendee at no additional cost. Customized or highly specialized programs are non-refundable due to the time and resources reserved specifically for you.

4.2 Infoproducts

For digital course materials and downloadable guides, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded more than 10% of the content. Once you have accessed a significant portion of the material, the purchase is final. In limited cases, we may offer a credit toward another infoproduct.

4.3 Goods

Defective or damaged items may be shipped back to us at your cost within 30 days of receipt for inspection. If approved, we will send a replacement item or issue a refund of the purchase price within 10 business days after receipt of the returned item. Non-defective items may not be eligible for a refund but may be interactiond within 14 days subject to availability and shipping fees.

5. Modifications

Mentor Compass Huby reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on mentorcompasshub.com and become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
